Return and Refund Policy

At Misprint Comics, we want you to be happy with every book you buy. If something isn't right, here's how returns work.

Return Window

You may return an item within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

Condition for Return

Returned items must be in the same condition they were received in, in their original packaging (bag and board) where possible.

Who Pays Return Shipping

• If the item arrived not as described, damaged, or if we made an error, we cover return shipping and you'll receive a full refund, including your original shipping cost.
• If you're returning an item for any other reason (change of mind, etc.), you're responsible for return shipping.

No restocking fee is charged on approved returns.

How to Start a Return

Email peter.nitsch@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return before sending anything back. We'll confirm the return and send instructions. Please don't mail an item back without this confirmation first.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll let you know whether it's approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a not-as-described item.

Grading and Condition Disclaimer

Comic book grading, particularly for raw (ungraded) books, involves an element of judgment. We describe and photograph every book's condition to the best of our ability before listing it, and we encourage you to review the photos and condition notes carefully before purchasing. Professionally graded (CGC or equivalent) books are sold as certified by the grading company.
