About Us

Misprint Comics is a sole proprietorship operated by Peter Nitsch, based at 25 Rockcastle Dr., Etobicoke, ON M9R 2V2, Canada. Contact: peter.nitsch@gmail.com.

Products

We sell pre-owned and collectible comic books. Every listing includes photos and a condition description to the best of our knowledge; raw (ungraded) books are graded based on visual inspection, not professional certification, and professionally graded books (CGC or equivalent) reflect the grading company's certified grade. We make reasonable efforts to ensure listings are accurate, but we don't guarantee they're error-free.

Pricing and Taxes

All prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout. Applicable Canadian sales tax (GST/HST) is calculated and added at checkout based on your shipping destination, where required by law.

Orders and Payment

Payment is due in full at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for reasons such as inventory errors, pricing errors, or suspected fraud. If we cancel an order after payment, you'll receive a full refund.

Shipping

Shipping timelines, rates, and destinations are described in our Shipping Policy. We aren't responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers once a package has left our hands, though we're happy to help track down a lost or delayed shipment.

Returns

Returns are handled per our Return and Refund Policy.

All original content on this Site (text, photos, logos) is owned by Misprint Comics unless otherwise noted. Comic book characters, titles, and cover art shown on this Site are the property of their respective publishers and copyright holders (including but not limited to Marvel, DC Comics, Image Comics, and Dark Horse Comics). Misprint Comics is an independent reseller and isn't affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any comic book publisher.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Misprint Comics isn't liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or purchase of products. Our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable in Ontario, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
